It was a last visit for us. We just couldn't get over how hateful and nasty that woman was. So we started to bowl in Lake City.
I did hear that it changed hands or management. We are rethinking our decision to go here because we would love to support the local businesses. If it was anything remotely like before I would never support that business again.
She barked orders, instead of talking to other people she was screaming at them because she thought they were doing something wrong.
Young kid running rental booth was rude and disrespectful. Lady running concessions was helpful and kind.
Good fun place to go, the machines freeze up once and a while. No big deal though. They have food, drinks, and alcohol. The alcohol drinks are a bit pricey. There's pool tables, a few games, and a juke box as well. We always have a good time here.
The lady at the front counter who had her face in a book was just unprofessional, rude, lacked any manners.
Was near closing time but they were very inviting and friendly ..

I went a few years ago, taking a family member who bowls on leagues down in Southern Florida, plus my 4 year old and my mother. I did not know bowl because at the time I had carpal tunnel.
How about, walking up to them and speaking to them in a professional and polite way.
This place was great my whole from had a good time.. I encourage family's to put down their phones and go bowl, it's way more fun!
The worst for us when she snapped at my 4 year old "What you don't know your size already? How OLD are you?" I told her my daughter was 4 and that she wasn't used to someone yelling at her. That shut her up but we got glares. When she tried to tell us we did something wrong, my SIL told her I have bowled for decades in many leagues, tell me again what we did wrong.
She acted like it was a bother to wait on us. My SIL asked a couple of questions because she likes bowing, like I said was in leagues. The way the "lady" answered was just rude or not at all. She had the glare down pat.
