Never been in a Walmart where I had so much help before and kind people was great shopping experience just coming to town
I went this morning around 6:30 a.m., Sunday, to shop. There were literally about 500 shopping carts in the parking lot, scattered everywhere. Upon entering the store the store was in complete disarray. Shelves were empty nothing was stocked. At checkout, I ask the nice lady about all the carts outside and about the shelves being empty. She said that there were not enough people staffed for the shift last night. I hope whoever managed the store early this morning and the person that makes the schedule, for last evening, are both reprimanded for the absolute disarray that I saw the store, this morning. Shame on the management team of the Live Oak store. Starting from the store manager, all the way down to the manager in charge of last night/early this morning. Apparently there is absolutely no leadership in that store and it completely showed with the condition the store was in this morning.. Worst shopping experience I've ever had, at the Live Oak, Florida Walmart before. Not sure it's worth revisiting that store, after the condition that stores, in this morning.
Every time I come here, no department is in the same place! It's like a scavenger hunt for your time just to figure out where the heck they moved anything. And don't ask, the employees are sweet but as clueless as you. I love this store nonetheless as a very short disabled person who can always ask a tall employee for something off the top shelf.
I can not believe they got rid of the cashiers. This was a horrible decision. I spend a lot of money with Wal-Mart due to owning a restaurant. There is nothing I like more than bagging my own 300$ worth of groceries. Are they
The products were great. The bags were not. The lines were horribly long and it took almost 30 minutes just waiting in line. The bags were so thin the cashier even complained about having two double a d at times triple bag my items.
