This lowes sucks because the wrokers are very slow and they keep juggling their work from one worker to another. None of them have a clue of what they are doing. I recently went in there to pick up my online order and they took more than 30 min to just bring the package up front for me. The management is not at its best with the people they are hiring because none of them are interested in getting the customer's need satisfied. We have our fence installed by lowes and I have already called them twice to have a person send to us because they broke during the hurricane but no one gave us a call back or showed up to give us an estimate. If we are giving you Bussiness we expect good work ethics in return.
I've worked for Lowes in Illinois for over 11 years and in my visit to this store I was very pleased to see the employees in this store approach my girlfriend and I the way it's suppose to be done. There was not one red vest that walked by us without saying hello and asking us if there was anything that they could help us with. Trust me when i say that's it's very easy to get caught up in what you are working on and forget to acknowledge the customers. The store itself looked great as well. Very clean and organized. All in all it was a great visit. This store should be proud.

I went to Lowe's 3 days ago to look for a generator because of the hurricane that was about to hit Florida. Every day I called them and ask him if there getting a supply generators and every time I called the (customer service) would tell me they had no generators left that's all they would tell me. Now on the 3rd day I had to get more supplies from Walmart to prepare for the hurricane.So I stop by Lowe's to see if they may have a generator in there they did not have any on the shelf but one of their customers told me that they had generators (two) of them on the Shelf so I went back with him to go look one of the employees at Lowe's told me no they were tarps for the generator. Then she proceeded to tell me that yesterday or the day before they had 109 generators that they gave it out to customers.That's funny I could have sworn I called them and they told me to had no generators? But nevertheless I have a family of four two of my children are disabled we could have really used one of those generators I personally blame the customer service for not being honest with me (anyway) today when we were there everyone up front at the customer service counter and all their employees are standing around giggling and talking to each other to each other left me standing there with my thumb up my butt when I needed to ask them a question? About where to find another product the customer service lady with reddish hair help me but told me to go in a different area where it was not located be warned if you go to this Lowe's You may get crappy service.
