They never answer their DAMN PHONE thank god Ive had no rl emergency where I needed to speak to a therapist!!!
This place never answer the phone. my mom has dementia and need refills on her meds. We went on the 26 of Sept, set their for almost 2 hours and didn't see a doctor now I'm calling about her meds and still getting the run around. Someone need to do better like last year.
Not only are the phones incredibly screwed upbut when I finally spoke to a Nurse Practitioner (No Psychiatrist available) she prescribed the dose-TWICE
