After a Live Oak chiropractor showed me my back xray, he said there is nothing he could do for me. Stunned, I asked if I could do some physical therapy, and said sure and signed me up. After a couple of visits, I didn't feel much better. I offered to see if visually looking at my xray might help. Well that changed everything. My therapists took it upon herself to research a plan for me. She found a you-tube video that is workiing extremely well. She showed me how to do the exercises at home. What a huge difference. Thank you so much Mandy. I can actually sleep comfortably. Can't wait to get stronger. They are a great group of people. Very knowledgeable, and fun to work out with. Try to take a digital xray or take a picture with your phone camera with you.
