I went to have my pet neutered, dropped him off and left, I was about halfway home (15 minutes later) when they called for me to come get him because the assistant hadn't shown up to assist the vet. Understandable, things happen, but on top of that they had scheduled the appointment, I had even called 2 days prior to confirm and when I had gotten there, they didn't know anything about it, but said they would fit him in. There is no fitting in a scheduled appointment in my opinion, it shows an definite lack of organization and professionalism.
I board my blue pit bull there and they were super good with him. Most places just simply won't take any restricted breed. But not only they take him but they were loving and bonded with him the whole time he was there.
They are my vet care choice in the 3 different locations we live (we go up North and to South Florida) Age took its toll on my Thor, 13 year old Newfoundland, this was the only vet I would take him too the last couple years. In the end, they couldn't have eased helping him pass any better than they did. Will be bringing my new puppy for care here as well
I love this place, ju st wished after hours there would be a Dr. Come in, Some animals wouldn't make it to Gainesville in an emergency.
