HIGHLY UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP! STAY AWAY! My mom went to this dealership because she lost all keys to her 2005 Ford F-150. She had the truck towed and they quoted her $140 to make a new key. She left the truck, then called her back saying there was a problem with a sensor and raised the quote to $510!! I ended up contacting a locksmith that did the job of making two new keys for her. Low and behold, the new keys worked and there was not any problem with the sensor! My mom and I are really disgusted with the unethical behavior of this dealership that was trying to take advantage of a senior citizen lady that was desperate to get her truck started as she had no other means of transportation! What a disgrace this dealership! Stay away or they will try to rip you off too!
People looking for an old school, down to earth business to spend their money then this is the place. This establishment is run on old school values with morality and honesty at the top of the list of reasons why you should pay them a visit
My advice to anyone, if you are having problems with your newer vehicle, take it to get Checked. They have a good team working for them and They communicate well with one another. The receptionist is very prompt with answering calls and Mrs. Star and their Manager in service Department is polite and very understanding. I was frustrated with my vehicle getting repaired and borrowing a car to get around but at the end of it all, my car seem to be in working order. The manager in service, Mr. Donnie called afterwards to encourage me to bring the car back if I was having any more problems. I am pleased with my results after it was all complete.
